🛠️ Purpose & Design Philosophy
This workflow is a high-fidelity environment built for Illustrious. It prioritizes stability and professional texture over generation speed. It follows an "all-in-one" philosophy: configure your prompts, hit queue, and let the workflow handle the multi-stage refinement from start to finish.
Not for Speed: This is a heavy-duty refinement tool. If you want 2-second previews, use a basic workflow.
Personal Use: Built for my specific production needs. It is shared as-is for those who want a "set-and-forget" pipeline for Illustrious. Adjust the settings and models to fit your needs. The defaults on v19+ will be what I used for the sample images.
All-in-One Logic: The workflow handles generation, detailing, and upscaling in one continuous pass.
If you're needing something with more features: Try checking out Silly All-in-one, Multiple Characters With Regional Loras which is on civitai. I have no plans to implement additional features.
⚠️ Disclaimer & Compatibility
Install at Your Own Risk: Custom nodes can break your environment. I am not responsible for troubleshooting your specific installation.
ComfyUI: Built and tested on the non-app version. Desktop app users may face additional hurdles.
The "Your Version" Factor: Your node versions and environment are 99.9% likely to differ from mine.
Nodes 2.0: I do not recommend using Nodes 2.0. It creates unpredictable UI behavior; I will not provide support for issues involving this feature.

I have not and never will monetize my workflow. CivitAI is the only platform I am maintaining this workflow on. If you find a version of my workflow posted and/or monetized anywhere and use it, then whoever posted it is responsible for providing you any support. This is the main reason why I don't monetize this: I don't want to be or feel obligated to provide support.
No DMs: DMs are disabled due to repeat spam. Please check the Discussions tab below; most questions have already been answered.
Modifications: You are free to hack this workflow apart. However, you are responsible for fixing it if it breaks.
Custom Requests: I do not make private workflows. If you need a custom solution, post a Bounty on CivitAI. There are many talented creators ready to help you for a fee.

Less Noodles version changes:
Re-added ComfyUI-ppm back in.
This adds in adjusted CFG++ samplers and some additional schedulers as well.
Thanks to @Catastrophy , the samplers for this now will save automatically to the metadata in Image Saver.
A toggle has been added for this in case people want to use the normal samplers.
Added APG I'm Your CFG Now
I wanted to give this a whirl since it was mentioned in Lobotomized Mix's description.
Added MaHiRo to the workflow. This is a test/beta node pre-installed on ComfyUI as of ComfyUI v0.3.8
I actually broke my comfy install while working on this version thank to updating comfy. As a result, I had to do a clean install.
ComfyUI Manager did not install all of the Missing Custom Nodes in one session.
I had to run the Install Missing Custom Nodes function in two separate sessions of ComfyUI. (as in I ran the Install Missing Custom Nodes function, restarted comfy, ran it again, and restarted comfy again.)
My experience with the reinstall was that USDU did not want to import properly.
I had to clone it into a folder outside of my comfy install and then take that new USDU folder and paste it into my comfyui/custom nodes folder.
If any groups are marked DNB on the workflow, they cannot be bypassed without you making adjustments to the workflow yourself.

Hey, I'm testing the "Less Noddles a"... well, not yet, I'm trying to remove the image saver and the Get/Set nodes that goes along with it, it's a nightmare hahaha
I've seen worse in terms of complexity but damn, still not for the faint of heart xD
Yeah, for sure. It took quite a while to get them in place and working lol. I would have done a version of the workflow without them at the same time. then my comfy broke and I had to do a clean install, I was like I'm done working on workflows for the moment. I'll maybe work on a version without the Get/Set nodes soon.
@Gladas I give up for now x) No choice but to download all the missing nodes and use the workflow as is. It took me 3 HOURS to remove a few things and in the end I couldn't get any generation, it just did nothing lol there's probably things I couldn't figure out x)
lol yeah it literally took me 3 hours to put the SET/GET nodes where they are and get them working. I started working to do the opposite yesterday and was like nope this is too much. I will probably work off of v4g to add the new nodes from Less Noodles (minus SET/GET).
Updating workflow soon. I found an issue with the APG node breaking FaceDetailer when using certain settings and will be dropping it from the workflow. I am probably going to drop the SET/GET nodes since this causes problems with bypassing and makes the workflow more restrictive. Sorry to those of you who liked those nodes.
