š ļø Purpose & Design Philosophy
This workflow is a high-fidelity environment built for Illustrious. It prioritizes stability and professional texture over generation speed. It follows an "all-in-one" philosophy: configure your prompts, hit queue, and let the workflow handle the multi-stage refinement from start to finish.
Not for Speed: This is a heavy-duty refinement tool. If you want 2-second previews, use a basic workflow.
Personal Use: Built for my specific production needs. It is shared as-is for those who want a "set-and-forget" pipeline for Illustrious. Adjust the settings and models to fit your needs. The defaults on v19+ will be what I used for the sample images.
All-in-One Logic: The workflow handles generation, detailing, and upscaling in one continuous pass.
If you're needing something with more features: Try checking out Silly All-in-one, Multiple Characters With Regional Loras which is on civitai. I have no plans to implement additional features.

Install at Your Own Risk: Custom nodes can break your environment. I am not responsible for troubleshooting your specific installation.
ComfyUI: Built and tested on the non-app version. Desktop app users may face additional hurdles.
The "Your Version" Factor: Your node versions and environment are 99.9% likely to differ from mine.
Nodes 2.0: I do not recommend using Nodes 2.0. It creates unpredictable UI behavior; I will not provide support for issues involving this feature.

I have not and never will monetize my workflow. CivitAI is the only platform I am maintaining this workflow on. This is the main reason why I don't monetize this: I don't want to be or feel obligated to provide support.

Description
Added some QoL nodes.
Bookmarks added numbered 1 through 4 in places I thought were useful.
Just press 1, 2, 3, or 4 while not in a place where you input text/numbers to try them out.
Added a new (to me) Save Image node that does show the models/loras used when uploading to civitai.
You can delete the %model% in the subdirectory name. I just use it to organize my output images since my default location is getting really full.

New version uploaded (v4b). Will post an image using non-CFG++ settings soon.
Thank you, as always, for the wonderful workflow. How can I get the ākl_optimalā scheduler? I tried searching for it, but couldnāt find any clear information. If possible, Iād appreciate it if you could let me know.
Hi, I believe it is part of a recent update of comfyui. I didn't notice the scheduler until recently. Try updating your comfyui via the "update_comfyui.bat" in the update folder of your comfyui install and it should be available.
@GladasĀ u r GOAT.Thank you so much. That was really helpful XD
Amazing workflow! IĀ“m noob and IĀ“m trying to use v4b for img2img, and I am trying to find out which folders correspond to the āwatermar removerā and āface detectorā models, since I can't find which folder is the correct one, and in both nodes I get ānullā in the text box. Help.
The watermark detector model would have to be put in the ultralytics folder like other detailer related models. Not at a computer atm to check, but can check later
Okay. So the watermark models and the face detector models go into your model/ultralytics folder. Usually, they will go into the bbox subfolder (e.g. model/ultralytics/bbox), but if they are a "seg" model then they go into the "model/ultralytics/segm" folder
You also have to download those models (if you haven't already). The watermark model is listed in my suggested resources. The detailer models can be downloaded via comfyui manager's "Model Manager" and selecting Ultralytics on the type dropdown menu or you can just search for them on your own via Google, etc.
@Gladas Thank you! Now I“m getting troubles with a specific nodo in the watermark remover section, the "ComfyUI YoloWorld-EfficientSAM" extension, that, in spite of being installed, it does not detect it as such, since in the node manager it indicates that it is installed, but it fails and says (IMPORT FAILED).
Is there any way to turn off the watermark section without affecting the other sections?
EDIT: I am seeing that it may be a Python problem, I have version 3.12 and it does not accept more than version 3.11. Do you know any way to downgrade it?
@BakiBotĀ No idea tbh since my workflow doesn't have "ComfyUI YoloWorld-EfficientSAM". I am guessing that you have another custom node installed that is taking the place of one of the nodes. The only custom nodes in that section are from;
Impact-Subpack
Impact-Pack
was-node-suite-comfyui
Comfyroll_CustomNodes
comfyui-lama-remover
@GladasĀ I found out what the problem was! It turns out that the SAMLoader node was trying to use a sam called āESAMā and it was the one that was giving the problem. I downloaded the āsam_vit_b_01 ec64ā and it fixed it. Thank you for your help <3
@BakiBotĀ Glad you found the solution!
