Hello there and thanks for checking out this workflow!

What's new in v27? : Major rework with new SubGraphs to streamline and compact the workflow even more, removal of outdated/broken nodes + fixes and optimizations all over!

    Purpose

Built to provide an advanced, versatile and modular workflow for Flux with focus on efficiency, structure and information.

It comes with many notes explaining node settings and recommendations, as well as general guides from instructions to troubleshooting.

    Features

    • Convenient loaders for all common versions of Flux and Clip models

    • Full metadata; recognized by CivitAI

    • LoRA support

    • SageAttention, EasyCache + Model Compile acceleration

    • ControlNet with Union support

    • Flux Tools LoRAs Canny + Depth (alt. to CNet based on LoRA)

    • Flux Redux (similar to IPAdapter)

    • PuLID (SVDQuant version only)

    • Wildcard prompting

    • Installation and download guide for models and nodes

    • multiple passes with optional upscales

    • 1st : Detail Daemon + Variation Seed

    • 2nd : DD. + Tiled Diffusion / UltimateSDUpscale

    • ADetailer with dedicated LoRA Loader

    • Inpainting

    Custom Nodes

All of which can be installed through the ComfyUI-Manager

    Troubleshooting

    1. If nodes show up red (failing to load), check the 'Install Missing Custom Nodes' tab of the ComfyUI Manager for the missing node packs and install them.

    2. Please check if all custom node packs load properly after installing, i.e. no (IMPORT FAILED) messages next to any of them in the console upon ComfyUI startup.

    3. Always reload/drag'n'drop the original, downloaded workflow file into ComfyUI to reload an intact version of the workflow.

→ The last opened workflow that appears on startup shows a cached version of the workflow, "remembering" group nodes that failed due to missing nodes as failed, keeping them broken even after having everything installed correctly.

    Thanks

The workflow would not be possible as is without these custom node packs. If you want to support the custom node creators, give them a ⭐ on their github repos! Thank you!

I don't know if it's because you removed the NF4 from the workflow or what, but i got 3GB of vram back using the new workflow. Thank you!

That's amazing! The NF4 loaders should've just been collecting dust for anyone not using them, after being so tedious to install.
But another major change was the "ImpactConditionalBranch" node, which works as a lazy switch and FINALLY allowed getting rid of the execution-inversion-demo pack all my workflows were dependant on for every lazy switch and loop I used.

For clarification, lazy switches allow actually only executing one option OR the other, which is crucial for the "Tiled Diffusion — Ultimate Upscale" pass, where a regular switch would result in both Tiled Diffusion AND Ultimate Upscale being executed every time, to then only proceed with the result of the one selected.

The ImpactPack's implementation of the lazy switch might be responsible for the positive effect on efficiency. But I rebuilt almost every group node, so it's probably the sum of all changes made.

Very glad it works even better than anticipated! Thank you for the feedback! 🙌

@Cyph3r that is likely, but still doesn't answer my question. I don't have a crystal ball, if you want help I need some detail 😄

How long will it take before we get a facepalm emoji for cases like this...

@Cyph3r Hey there, for the theme I use "Dark Obsidian"; under Settings>Appearance>Color Palette

For the colors I expanded the ComfyUI-Custom-Scripts node pack's functionality for color customization and submitted a PR, but Pythongosssss is yet to check it out/merge it. 🤞

You can use it by manually replacing the customColors.js found in

    "ComfyUI\custom_nodes\ComfyUI-Custom-Scripts\web\js"

with my version from the PR.

    @RedPinkRetro Thx!!
When you say 'Dark Obsidian', do you probably mean 'Obsidian Dark'? because I have that one in the list.
