—Troubleshooting—
If nodes show up red (failing to load), check the 'Install Missing Custom Nodes' tab of the ComfyUI Manager for the missing node packs and install them.
Please check if all custom node packs load properly after installing, i.e. no
(IMPORT FAILED)messages next to any of them in the console upon ComfyUI startup.Always reload/drag'n'drop the original, downloaded workflow file into ComfyUI to reload an intact version of the workflow.
→ The last opened workflow that appears on startup shows a cached version of the workflow, "remembering" group nodes that failed due to missing nodes as failed, keeping them broken even after having everything installed correctly.

PuLID did not have any updates recently, so it shouldn't have broken the workflow.
@ak21 Looks normal to me. What is not working or causing errors? Do you get any warnings or similar in the console when you run it?
@redpinkretro TypeError: forward_orig() takes from 7 to 9 positional arguments but 10 were given
@ak21 This seems to be an error caused by a recent update of ComfyUI according to this issue on PuLID's github https://github.com/balazik/ComfyUI-PuLID-Flux/issues/53
A fix was provided there, but not yet merged with the main PuLID branch, so it's either reverting the ComfyUI Snapshot to about 5+ days back or trying the commit submitted here:
