I have trained Flux Dev on my SDXL dataset and merged loras, correcting anatomy censorship and excessive bokeh/blurred backgrounds.
V12 - Merge with SRPO model and some loras, a bit cleaner looking than previous models, might want to use some grain loras if you want that amateur look.
I think not as good at NSFW so might want to use my lora for that: https://civarchive.com/models/652791/jibs-flux-nipple-fix
Jib Mix Flux v8-Flash! SVDQuant-4bit
Update 06/04/2025 - NOW WITH CONTROLNET AND NATIVE LORA SUPPORT!
This new SVDQuant format currently requires ComfyUI and an Nvidia 2000 series+ GPU.
I recommend;
Guidance scale = 2.5-3.5
Sampler = dpmpp_2m.
Scheduler = Sgm_uniform, Beta or Custom Stigmas.
This model is a new format that is a little tricky to first get setup but it is worth it as you can make flux images super fast (5 seconds on a 3090, 2.5 sevonds on a 4090 and 0.8 seconds on 5090! at 10 steps) ,
You need to install the nunchaku project following the instructions there.
and the nunchaku ComfyUI custom nodes to get it to work.
Download and unzip the archive from Civitai to: \comfyui.git\app\models\diffusion_models\jib-mix-svdq\
This is the Nunchaku workflow I am using: https://civarchive.com/models/617562
Thanks a lot to theunlikely for running the Quantization which takes an H100 GPU 6 hours!
Unfortunately, it seems the NSFW capabilities are reduced by the quantisation but can be bought back with my NSFW Lora you need to use the Nunchaku lora loader in the node pack and it will auto convert the lora for use the first time (and optionally can be saved).
There is currently a size limit above 2 million pixels 1024 x 2048 that causes a crash in ComfyUI, so if you get that lower your gen/upscale resolution, The Developers say a fix will be released this week.
Jib Mix Flux Version 8 AccentuEight
Much better Skin texture than Jib Mix Flux V7 but without the bad Flux Lines of Jib Mix V6.
NSFW anatomy is slightly lacking so I have uploaded a separate NSFW model that has very slightly reduced details / artstyles or loras can be used.
The V8 Pruned Model nf4 (6.33 GB) model is actually the Q4_0.gguf
The V8 Pruned Model bf16 (11.84 GB) model is actually the Q8_0.gguf
15/04/2025 - The new fp16 version of V8 provides very slightly better details and anatomical and image consistency, if you have the VRAM for it....
Jib Mix Flux Version 8 AccentuEight NSFW
Better female anatomy with a slight loss in skin details.
The V8 NSFW Pruned Model nf4 (6.33 GB) model is actually a Q4_0.gguf
Jib Mix Flux Version 7.8 Clear Text Focus
This version focuses on having more readable text generation.
The Skin texture may not be generally as realistic as Jib Mix v6 or v7.
It has less nipple flashing through clothes.
The 2000s Analog Core @0.6 weight, removes some of the plastic Fluxness of this merge without hurting the text.
Jib Mix Flux Version 7.2 Pixel Heaven
7/7.2 mainly fixes "Flux Line" caused by merging some effected lora's, this has caused some drop in photo realism but an increase in drawn/concept ability and general details.
It also tones down obsessive amounts of freckles (especially red freckles).
The V7.2 Pruned Model nf4 (6.33 GB) model is actually the Q4_0.gguf
The V7.2 Pruned Model bf16 (11.84 GB) model is actually the Q8_0.gguf
Jib Mix Flux version 7 PixelHeaven - beta
The main change is it removes "Flux lines" that plagued V6 and the original Flux Dev to some extent.
It may be overdoing freckles a lot but I wanted to see what people think of it. hence the Beta name.
I really recommend using Movie Portrait Lora on quite a high weight for a less plastic look, but I couldn't merge it into the model as in testing it was a Lora that can cause "Flux Lines"
Jib Mix Flux Version 6.1 Real Pix Fixed
6.1 mainly tries to fix small stubby hands or massively distorted hands/arms.
(If you still have problems with hands and you are using a low step count around 8 then increasing the step count usually fixes it alternatively applying a low weight (< 0.10) of the Hyper Flux lora pretty much always fixes hands, although you may find it lowers details).
V6.1 is more realistic on the CFG / more natural faces.
I think it actually does art/cartoon styles a bit better than the original v6 as well.
The V6.1 Pruned Model nf4 (6.33 GB) model is actually the Q4_0.gguf
The V6.1 Pruned Model bf16 (11.84 GB) model is actually the Q8_0.gguf
V6 still has the most detailed backgrounds in my testing.
The V6 Pruned Model nf4 (11.84 GB) model is actually Q8_0.gguf
The V6 Pruned Model bf16 (6.33 GB) model is actually a Q4_0.gguf
Jib Mix Flux Version 5 - It's Alive:
Improved photorealism. (Less likely to default to painting styles)
Fixed issues with wonky text.
More detailed backgrounds
Reconfigured NSWF slightly
fp8 V4 Canvas Galore:
better fine details and much better artistic styles, and improved NSFW capabilities.
fp8 V3.0 V3.1 - Clarity Key
I initially uploaded the wrong model file on the 21/10/2024, it was very similar but the new file since 22/10/2024 has slightly better contrast and was used for the sample images.
This version Improves detail levels and has a more cinematic feel like the original flux dev.
reduced the "Flux Chin"
Settings - I use a Flux Guidance of 2.9
Sampler = dpmpp_2m.
Scheduler = Beta or Custom Stigmas.
FP8 V2 - Electric Boogaloo: Better NSFW and skin/image quality.
Settings:
I find the best settings are a guidance and 2.5 and a CFG of 2.8 (although CFG does slow down the generation).
When using Loras these values may/will change.
Version: mx5 GGUF 7GB v1
This is a quantized version of my Flux model to run on lower-end graphics cards.
Thanks to @https://civarchive.com/user/chrisgoringe243 for quantizing this, it is really good quality for such a small model.
There are larger-sized GGUF versions available here: https://huggingface.co/ChrisGoringe/MixedQuantFlux/tree/main
for mid-range graphics cards.
Version 2 - fp16:
For those with high Vram Cards who want maximum quality I have created this merge with the full fp16 Flux model. if you "only have 24GB of Vram" you will need to force the T5 text encoder onto the CPU/System RAM with this force node on this pack:
https://github.com/city96/ComfyUI_ExtraModels
Those people waiting for a smaller quantized model I am still looking into it.
Version 2:
Merged in 8 Step Hyper Lora and some others.
Settings:
I like a Guidance of 2 and 8-14 steps.
Resolution: I like a around 1280x1344
Version 1 : brings some of the benefits and look of SDXL with the massive prompt adherence benefits of Flux.
Settings:
I like a Guidance of 2 and 20-40 steps.

GGUF or SVDQ for Krea Version?
Yes I will upload .GGUF's today. SVDQunat is in the plans (hopefully next week) if I can figure it out.
@J1B Hi mate, thanks so much for the awesome work! Do you have any good news on the GGUF version for Krea?
Are your latest models uploaded elsewhere? Because I looked, & found only older ones ;(
Please consider uploading them to some place like HuggingFace, etc, also; because the downloads can be absolutely brutal for some of us via civitai ;(
Being civitai is a UK based company, & the UK has some pretty stupid censorship laws... It'd be a damn shame if the government came knocking one day, & a treasure trove of AI resources was potentially lost because it wasn't backed up elsewhere ;(
I know it's a bit of a pain to do, but I really like your models, & always checking out the newest ones ;)
It's a buzzkill if it takes hours to download just one though...
PS - I understand if you don't want to, but will an alternate source be provided for the latest Krea checkpoint soon? (Just before I commit to 22.17gb download & slaughtering someone's internet traffic lol)
I only have upto version 8 on Tensor.Art (and an exclusive V9 version)
https://tensor.art/models/828374796531331449/Jib-Mix-Flux-v8-AccentuEight
I will upload V10 and V11 Krea there tomorrow.
I will try and put them on my Hugging face as well as a backup.
@J1B Thx a bunch ^^ I was actually finally just going to download v10 today.... I'd have been livid if I had, then v11 came out like immediately after (v8.5 is the latest I have right now).
Amusingly enough, I also saw that v9 exclusive & was thinking "wtf is this fake bs...there isn't even a v9 on civitai" haha ^^ I wasn't sure if any of those uploaders were actually you; I was leaning more towards the idea that they weren't lol.
I'm playing around with the official FLUX Krea right now; & I have to say.... I am really not liking how aggressively overzealous it is with censorship :/ It aggressively steers towards close up face shots, also.
I have extremely high hopes & expectations that your model will deliver & fix these issues ;) <3
@ShadowCell Yeah that is actually me on Tensort.Art but there are sites like www.seaart.ai where someone has uploaded all my models under my name but it is not my account. :(
@ShadowCell I forgot to say earlier that my V11 is on tensor.art now https://tensor.art/models/899856990577129461/Jib-Mix-Flux-V11-Krea-NSFW
@J1B Maybe I'm too soon, but it's showing as a dead link. Your profile page doesn't show any new uploads either.
"404 error - Oops, the page you visited doesn't exist."
@ShadowCell That's weird I am generating with it on Tensor.art now and that link works for me.
@J1B I don't see any updates whatsoever @ https://tensor.art/u/638978756098159999 (I assume this is you, but the user stats look a bit 'sus; but maybe tensor.art is just way less popular).
Bouncing the link of of other sources comes back with the same thing, too "Oops, the page you visited doesn't exist. Check out these popular models instead!"
PS - I've started the download for the FP8 version which is more manageable, but it's down to 150kb/s already :/ lol. Hopefully it doesn't go any lower haha
@J1B I see there's a 11.08 GB version now, too. FLUX Krea FP16 official takes a bit longer for me (it's obviously spilling over the VRAM limit). Noticeably longer even than standard FLUX FP16.
Out of curiousity; what's the lowest VRAM your FP8 version can optimally work off of whilst not offloading to RAM/with what res, settings, etc?
How do you find FLUX Krea for checkpoint merges - Does it show a lot of promise? What about Chroma-HD? Both the base models are a bit disapointing to me, but I suppose the same could be said about vanilla FLUX.
I haven't had much of a chance to try Chroma-HD yet, but it bungs out a lot of bad images (even with suggested settings).
Also; your FP8 version probably only about 5-10% quality reduction over FP16 about?
@ShadowCell I have had some comments about the fp8 version lacking detailed skin, I didn't do much testing after converting to fp8, so I am not sure. I am away from my PC until Monday so will not be able to test till then.
Newest model says Krea, but it doesn't look like it's based on Krea. Shiny noses etc. Sort of plasticky skin. Either that or it has a lot of flux dev images in the dataset. Not trying to complain, just saying that whatever you have done has minimized the benefits of Krea - softer, more subtle facial features, textures etc. If it's the dataset rather than some kind of partial merge thing, you may need to prune the dataset some.
Not that I'm a wizard at model training lol.
I sort of see what you mean, it is about 75% Krea wieghts and has pulled my model more that way, but I didn't want it looking exactly like Krea or there is no point in having a separate finetune. There have been some comments on the skin, I am not 100% sure what is going on as it looks better in my testing/example showcase.
@J1B i experimented successfully merging 25% Krea and Flux Dev 75% to get amazing real skin... i used a very hidden merging feature inside an App called Draw things form a guy called LIULIU. But it runs only on macs. i tested other ratios, and was able to get red of plastic skin. Am curious if this app feature can do more.
The skin is a bit lacking in detail. Otherwise, a great model!
There is a skin lora of Jib, check it out and use it at upscaling with 0.5 or so.
Skin should be better detailed than V10 was in my testing, what Sampler Setting / CFG are you using?
@J1B Dpmpp 2m and sgm_uniform, CFG 1
@varrrvarrr437 yeah that is what I use, I have found skin more detailed than in V10 : https://civitai.com/images/95633640
So I am not sure what is happening are you using the fp16 or fp8? I didn't do much testing when I made the fp8 so maybe something is wrong with it?
@J1B Yes, I use fp8, my hardware can't handle fp16 yet. I only have 12 gb of vram
the 11v version is just great, I got to it today, the only thing I wanted to ask is, the photo shows very detailed eyes, skin on the face, do you upgrade after generation, or do you apply something?
Yes I usally do a x2 tiled upscale to add more fine details, my Comfyui workflow is posted here: https://civitai.com/models/617562?modelVersionId=1058111
@J1B Okay, thanks, I'll keep testing, the model is really cool.
you said : "requires Nvidia 2000 series+ GPU"
And : " 5 sec on 3090" ?
you should remove that a 2000 series is required
But then 1000 series users might try and use it and it will not work??? Not sure what you are getting at? I was just giving an example of the speeds I was getting with my card, I haven't tested 2000 series cards, they will be slower but they will work.
Hey mate, was the model removed on tensor art? I used to train lora with this model. cant find it now. Btw great fucking model.
No I don't think so, still seems to be here: https://tensor.art/models/899856990577129461/Jib-Mix-Flux-V11-Krea-NSFW
weird. I get a 404 error, data not found error when accessing it
@pasabog0202459 Ah yeah when I am signed in I can see it but if I use another browser it is 404, I guess they have shadow banned it (because it has NSFW in the name?) and Tensor.art seem to be cracking down on NSFW, I will reach out to the mods on thier Discord and try and see what is going on.
@J1B Thanks mate, you're awesome!
Hi Jib, take a look of https://huggingface.co/rockerBOO/flux.1-dev-SRPO ( try the b16 / fp16 version ) it's a finetuned from Tencent who give an amazing realism ( way better than all flux models I tested ) . I dont know if you can try to work on it for remove the censorship.
Yeah thanks, I have has play with it the first day it came out, I wasn't massively impressed with most of the images, I did like that it seems better at generating larger images without "Flux Lines" at least sometimes: https://www.reddit.com/r/FluxAI/comments/1nddzjo/comment/ndix6as/?context=3&utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button
@J1B Ok thanks, I noticed that the WF play a lot on the render, I recommended you this one https://civitai.com/models/1951544 who give wonderful results ( demo images are bit meh )
Another post in the SRPO social media blitz campaign that is everywhere!
Big fan of the multi genre diversity of your models!
I found it hilarious how a hand is popping out of the clothes in the wardrobe image.
