Update 19.06.2026. Lustify V9 (Zenith) IS OUT!
This is the absolute final version of Lustify built on the SDXL architecture. You can find the full changelog and a breakdown of the new features there. <----------
    Recommended Workflow.

Alternative Access & Support: Outside of CivitAI's Early Access, you can get the model via my Boosty.
Just like last time, after the early access ends, there will be a 1-week period where the model is available for "on-site generation only." After that, it will become available for everyone to download.
Alternatively, you can make a direct Bitcoin (BTC) donation, just make sure to DM me after that: 1CoMZvrXtRXbz7BCzdvxifSjHqhaf1yUZs

    LUSTIFY

Lustify is a photoreal checkpoint optimized for creating high-quality imagery of women in explicit/sexual scenarios. The model has been trained on a hybrid dataset, meaning it natively understands both Danbooru tags and natural language prompting.

Note: While it has a strong NSFW bias, if you guide it properly, it is fully capable of generating stunning SFW photography, objects, animals, and fantasy environments.

    Crucial Points Before You Download:

    1. NOT Pony or Illustrious-Based: This is a standard SDXL checkpoint. Do not use Pony/Illustrious LoRAs with it; they will not work correctly.

    2. Distant Shots & Anatomy Limitations: Like 99% of SDXL models, distant shots can sometimes suffer from distorted faces or hands. This is an inherent limitation of the base technology (4 channel VAE), not the finetune. It is incredibly easy to fix using Inpainting or ADetailer. Please utilize these tools rather than reporting this as a bug.

    3. Experimental Nature: My training workflow involves a lot of unconventional, high-risk experimentation. Because of this, some prompt combinations that worked perfectly on other checkpoints might behave differently here. If you encounter unexpected behavior, feel free to give feedback so I can look into it.

    Recomended parameters:
    Sampler: DPM++ 2M SDE/DPM++ 3M SDE,
    Scheduler: Exponential/Karras
    Steps: 30
    Cfg: 2.5-4.5.
    Highres.fix: upscale by 1.4-1.5, denoising ~0.4
For the distant shots of people you probably wanna use highres.fix and/or adetailer.

Also, use reasonable positive/negative prompts, shizoprompting does more harm than good (with any SDXL model).

Some tags that have a big visual impact with this model:

    1. Camera type tags: "shot on Polaroid SX-70", "shot on Kodak Funsaver", "shot on GoPro Hero", "shot on Canon EOS 5D", "shot on Leica T".

    2. Photography styles: "analog photo", "glamour photography", "street fashion photography", "candid photo", "amateur photo".

    3. Lighting types: "cinematic lighting", "neon lighting", "soft lighting", "dramatic lighting", "low key lighting", "bright flash photography", "warm golden hour lighting", "radiant god rays".

    4. Film types: "Ilford HP5 Plus", "Lomochrome color film", "Fujicolor Pro".

    5. Photographers: Alessio Albi, Martin Schoeller, Miles Aldridge, Oleg Oprisco, Tim Walker.

    6. Others: "film grain", "bokeh", "dreamy haze", "technicolor", "underexposed", "low quality", "lowres"

Alternatively, you can give a read to this wonderful prompting guide by PromptGeek. It has A LOT of useful tips I didn't know about even after years of using SD.

    Description

It's the same as first OLT, but has proper textures.

    Great job!
How did you "fix up textures" exactly? I'm curious since you managed to add a lot of great skin detail, without affecting much else at all!

    Amazing work!

    Thank you!
I achieved that by adjusting the amount of noise injection on certain blocks of the model. Yeah, it's a bit of a cheat method, but it works

    6tZMar 23, 2025

@coyotte That's a great way of adding detail without adding additional training on top that might disturb the results! Good job!

    OrangeJuiceAlienMar 25, 2025

@coyotte would it be possible to turn that skin texture fix into a Lora that also works with other checkpoints? or could you describe somewhere how to apply that fix other checkpoints?

@OrangeJuiceAlien it can be done through "supermerger" extension in A1111 (forge doesn't work with it). There's an "adjust" tab, with sliders that do exactly that.

If you're on Comfy, then @DonutsDelivery made a custom node that replicates that, link

How do I make consistent characters? Can I make a lora on FluxGym for this model?

I'm not sure if FluxGym can train loras for SDXL, never used it. You can train one with kohya/onetrainer tho

    TropicalCatMar 23, 2025

@coyotte What loras u recommend using for more realism? or just overall use, what model u recommend to use now I saw the new version OLT?

Well I've been messing with this for a while now, and endgame dmd2 is phenomenal. I've been using the exact settings you've described in the description for txt2img and it looks great! Keep going brother, this is definitely one of the best sdxl versions!!! Just on a sidenote, has anyone had success with creating lora's? I'm probably messing up something because when I try to train lora's with lustifysdxl's base lora in kohya to be able to great consistent faces, the end results barely look decent at best. Am I supposed to use some kind of unique captioning instsead of the wd14 standard, or change something when generating with a lora?

    SubtleShaderMar 24, 2025· 3 reactions

Try OneTrainer. Much easier to use & the default settings are already quite good. Just switch off image augmentation. I use WD14 & Joytag for tagging..Check out my loras at https://civitai.com/models/1115264/subtle-styles

    JKCsabaMar 26, 2025

@SubtleShader I see, I'll look it up, thank you. Is it also good for capturing and then generating the same face consistently? If I understood right, your LORA's are trained for entire styles instead of just one persona. Thanks for the recommendation brother.

    SubtleShaderMar 26, 2025· 1 reaction

@JKCsaba My loras manage to reproduce faces that were on just 1-3 training images out of 220. If you use 10-20 images of a face, it should do fine. But train on Lustify or my Big Love model (not on base SDXL) for higher quality. OneTrainer lets you tag with WD14. For additionally adding Joytag tags I use https://github.com/Particle1904/DatasetHelpers

ENDGAME (v5) or the new OLT fixed???

    NinehundredBrMar 24, 2025· 1 reaction

Neighter of those, for me DMD2 Endgame is the best, faster, more consistent and also better quality

    SubtleShaderMar 24, 2025· 4 reactions

@NinehundredBr Try the new OLT with the DMD2 lora. You might like it better.

Depends. They are different. Endgame is a bit more candid, OLT has a more polished look (but it absolutely can make amateur-style pics if your prompt for that).

    geocampanha745Mar 24, 2025

@SubtleShader Where can I find this lora?

@coyotte What would you recommend as prompt for amateur style 'look'. for whatever reason amateur photo or analog photo doesnt seem to be giving me quite the result im looking for in the latest model.
I've been using Euler + Karras @32 steps with 4x_NMKD-Superscale-SP_178000_G chosen as my upscaler, if info is useful to you.

@makaveli_313 "candid photo, amateur photo, bad quality, shot on iPhone" and not using the"quality negatives" (in fact, you'll be better off not using negatives at all)

    SubtleShaderMar 25, 2025· 1 reaction

@coyotte Yep. I never use negatives. Only if cannot get a woman to look older any other way.

    NinehundredBrMar 25, 2025

@SubtleShader Thx gonna try it, because i tried few settings during hours with different Lustify models and i always end up with a subpar quality over their DMD2 counterparts while losing speed too, when with DMD2 Endgame it takes less than 10s per image with almost 4k quality and almost no weird stuff.

    SubtleShaderMar 25, 2025· 1 reaction

@NinehundredBr Yep. I always use DMD2. More photorealistic than anything else and does anatomy very well. Only problem is overexposure sometimes and low cfg (1-1.5). But can live with it. Maybe I will do a lora to counter it. My 4070S GPU renders a 1024x1536 image in 3 seconds. Usually I don't even need to upscale. Very fast and intuitive way to generate images.

    NinehundredBrMar 25, 2025

@SubtleShader i got ~9s for a 1104 x 1640 image with 4x Ultra Sharp upscaler on a 7900XT, sometimes the quality that i get is so real that you can't tell the difference if its AI or not.

    NinehundredBrMar 25, 2025

@SubtleShader THX for the Lora it works, didn't lose quality nor speed, what a sorcery is this ? Can i use it on different type models or its only for SDXL/Pony ones ?

    SubtleShaderMar 25, 2025

@NinehundredBr You can use DMD2 with any SDXL model. I'm no fan of hires fix and upscalers. I get the best quality with img2img, but seldom use it as it is not such a big difference to txt2img without any upscaling.

    paulbarrientos606Mar 25, 2025

You lose ton of details with dmd2, but here everybody is into 1girl.

    SubtleShaderMar 25, 2025

@paulbarrientos606 Still has enough details for my taste. A lot of real photos don't have a ton of details either.

    paulbarrientos606Mar 25, 2025· 1 reaction

@SubtleShader Yes, its a matter of taste. Common girls are not enough for me anymore:)

    the__RealistMar 26, 2025

@coyotte Alright and does it matter a whole lot what upscaler one uses?, if anything specific you could recommend?, again keeping the amateur style look in mind.

@makaveli_313 I'm using NMKD Superscale or Siax. Anything goes as long as it doesn't try to remove the noise/grain.

    NinehundredBrMar 26, 2025· 1 reaction

@paulbarrientos606 Don't know what details you mention because everytime i tried, i always ended up with subjects looking bad, weird stuff and terrible quality, like grain all over and blur everywhere. And to get "almost" the same quality as i got with DMD2 it takes like ~40s to more than a minute per image while DMD2 its like 9s.

    ClassicMood4Mar 26, 2025

@paulbarrientos606 What is the better alternative to DMD2 in your opinion?

    the__RealistMar 26, 2025

@coyotte and that would be the '4x_NMKD-Superscale-SP_178000_G' or the '8xNMKDSuperscale_150000G'
Also, what amount of Hires steps, Hires CFG Scale do you go with and the Denoising strength?
    Thanks again.

@makaveli_313 there's no reason to use 8x version, I don't think you're gonna use the picture for printing huge commercial advertisements xD

Highres fix steps should be roughly half of your first pass. So if you've set it at 30, then for hires it's 15. ~0.4 denoise

    the__RealistMar 26, 2025

@coyotte thanks. I found 'photorealism, cinematic photo of' also gives decent 'realistic' results you may give it a go.

    Noob_eeMar 25, 2025· 2 reactions

@NinehundredBr i thought SDXL would die after Flux came out. Looks like SDXl has the capability of redemption. i cannot wait to try this out.

    WearCatEarsMar 25, 2025· 3 reactions

@Noob_ee Flux (currently) is a technological showcase (according to me), SDXL is what we expect from AI: flexibility and freedom. We also tend to forget that SDXL is made up of 6.6 billion parameters

    Noob_eeMar 25, 2025· 1 reaction

@WearCatEars agreed. i enjoyed SD models for the longest and others were so hyped with SDXL, but never gave me that extra pazazz and shy away from AI art gens almost entirely.

    SubtleShaderMar 25, 2025

It is not really base SDXL. Lustify is based on bigASP, which was completely retrained from scratch.

    coyotte

    Mar 25, 2025· 1 reaction

@SubtleShader at this point it has very little amount of bigasp's weights in it

    SubtleShaderMar 25, 2025

@coyotte But you started with it. With my Big Love merge I pilled a lot of other stuff on top of Lustify, but its character is still there, despite Big Love doing some other stuff too.

    davidmontana735Mar 26, 2025

It should work better with celebs, if there is no Bigasp in it anymore.

Any specific reason you need that? You can just use the DMD2 lora, it would be literally the same

    EfficientMitosisMar 27, 2025

@coyotte Hi, in the same boat, and based on my compares using the lora produces visibly worse result for the same settings than with the merged models. I'm not sure why is that but some models perform better with the DMD2 lora, some not.

    7624755Mar 30, 2025

I also really appreciate how you hardly ever ignore people's feedback on your models.I just love the way you work. You've done an amazing job in this field, and I’m really looking forward to seeing what you create next. Maybe something more on the artistic side? Haha, who knows, it's all up to you.
