ā¤And if you want to incorporate some parts into your workflow, I would love a mention too! šMY CINE REALISM BOUNTY IS LIVE: https://civarchive.com/bounties/10855
Note: This workflow works much better with my Cinematic and CyberHD Enhancer loras since they increase the resolution of the details and textures.
FLOWMATCH NOISE FIX: ComfyUI beyond 0.3.77 changed the default UNET torch weight dType, for many users it used to default to fp32. FlowMatch is sensitive to this, and works best with fp32. To set the toggle, edit your .bat file for launching ComfyUI, and add to the end: --fp32-unet
Comparison article here: https://civarchive.com/articles/24424
IF YOU ARE NOT GETTING MY LEVEL OF DETAIL/NOISY IMAGE:
It probably means your Flowmatch isn't working. You MAY get this error log: The config attributes {'stochastic_sampling': False} were passed to FlowMatchEulerDiscreteScheduler, but are not expected and will be ignored. Please verify your scheduler_config.json configuration file.
(I had to downgrade to ComfyUI 0.3.77 to work)
(SECURITY ALERT: DEC 29: FIXED in my Workflow v2.01 REMOVED: RMBG nodes from AILAB. Security Vuln in nodes.
Usage Guide:
Just toss in a prompt and it'll just work!
Let me know if you have any questions/guidance requested in comments.

Love your workflow its like magic with the steps skip, the result that come out are always consistently great, and the speed is somehow still better than base z image workflow for me on my potato type laptop
I am glad!! And I assume you read the notes to use it properly, there are some notes on better optimization for low vram users!
Sorry, link for your LUT in not working https://file.kiwi/e670829c#wORf4DnMP_bvreeBPkewEw
Please provide another one.
The Luneva Cinematic Type 1 LUT is included in the workflow's zip file when you extract it.
nedolo77 is correct. Also, I'm just going to remove my direct LUT link, since I mostly just care about my community of users, my main concern is to only provide them with the best possible tools.
āHIDDEN POWER OF MY INPAINTER: The way I've setup my Inpainter section is actually pretty powerful. I've set it up so that it auto scales your masked area by 2.0x, so that it will generate more details and then size it back down to match your image. So if you have an image where you need very clean details for something small, you can use this inpainter to fix it. You can also change the 2.0x to even 4.0x or higher to get even more detail for specific small details of your image.
It works great! Thanks!
MAIN SAMPLER 2 (Realism Polishing) setting, even though I set the step count to 30 as specified, it still takes the value from the step in the FlowMatch Euler Discrete Scheduler (Custom) node. What would you recommend?
Yes that's intended. The usage of steps here is different than how it's typically used. It's not using raw step count to generate better details, it's through the interaction of the few variables combined.
What you mean is that we need to enter the 30-step value you provided for the cinema artefact image into the āFlowMatch Euler Discrete Schedulerā section and also into the step section. I hope I have understood correctly.
no, it's all already connected as it should be. I separated the "detail vs cine" step value into its own box which does what it says. The actual flowmatch step value doesn't matter as much, that value also has its own box, and notes, on the min and max value for it.
Perfect WF.
Excellent work.
How about adding these?
custom node: SeedVarianceEnhancer
VAE: UltraFlux-v1
Those are good suggestions, and it comes down to a matter of preference. Ultraflux is too sharp for my taste, and some of it can be a bit artificial too, I prefer using my workflow settings to adjust that, and the simple sharpen/contrast node. The seedVarianceEnhancer, I will think about it, but generally I haven't used that node much because I prefer 2 methods: 1) Quick prompting, prompt it and hope for the best, or 2) carefully craft every section of the prompt with full control
Ok, I'm going to work on a QWEN2 version of my workflow to produce super high quality results. Give me some time =) I'll also be sure to include support for lower vram users, and I'll see if I need to use a custom blend model like I made for qwen1, but I'll include all necessary components. BUT, if Qwen2 quality just sucks or a bit worse than Z image though, then I might just cancel it.
Update1: Qwen2515 is still PAINFUL to use. Just like Qwen1, it is very difficult to use, progress is going very very slow but I guess it is moving forward bit by bit. For any implementation I make, I refuse to "cheat" by finishing in Z or WAN to fix a Qwen core workflow, so if I do manage to make it, it will be a "pure" qwen workflow.
@lunevaĀ yea u can add wan
UPDATE2: I gave up on Qwen2. The quality just isn't worth it. There are some areas where the image output is SLIGHTLY better than Z image, but also many areas where the quality is worse. And it takes much longer to output each image too. The qwen2512 is basically just a mediocre finetune of the original Qwen model, which is somewhat better for the average casual user, but doesn't seem to elevate the peak quality much.
Sorry, how many vram i need for this magical workflow? 32gb+? (i have only 12gb)
even runs on 8gb Vram, just depends on settings (fully commented in the workflow) and also the models you choose. The base turbo model Q8 version will be more than fine.
everything is good but head seems like line art (a bit flat). I tried several sampling methods to get more reality but it still have line feeling. Another issue is about knee, it has much bone structure for woman.
you'll have to show me your examples before I can comment on this, hard to tell without seeing what you are referring to
awesome and craziest skin detail WorkFlow, i have a question, when i add my character trained lora, it's not working can you plz help me with that.
character trained lora should work, just add it to both lora group 1 and group 2
@lunevaĀ I already tried it, group 1 with 0.45 and group 2 with 0.30, maybe i am doing something wrong, what value i should put?
@k4dĀ it depends on the lora, you can keep the same value on both, and test 0.3, 0.5, 0.75, 1.0
@lunevaĀ thanks a lot man, let me test.
@lunevaĀ thanks a lot man you are legend, it worked with 0.75, and maybe it will work above or below too, god bless you, my trained lora with 0.75 works with f8 and q8 model pretty nice. and one last question, i am not getting good eyes, i tried impainter also it looks so bad, is there any way to fix that?
@k4dĀ great! And regarding inpainter, I'm not sure what you mean by bad, but remember the inpainter isn't Qwen EDIT, so you just type in what you want to see in the masked area you created, and also the denoise amount matters a lot. Also use very very soft edges on your masked area instead of hard edges
@lunevaĀ close up shots with awesome detailing it just struggle with long shot like full body shot, i got good result i2i edit with flux 2 klein 9b distilled with relighting, Again thanks a lot man for this awesome workflow.
luneva i know u working on qwen 2 workflow but plz after that we want more workflow from u for chroma ,wan models coz there is no one can produce this quality image as ur workflow do .plz pzl
actually I gave up on Qwen 2. The quality isn't there, the new qwen model is just like a slightly better finetune. There's plenty of chroma and wan workflows out there! I just chose Z image because of the higher cap of image quality you can produce with the ideal workflow. Wan and Chroma is unlikely to be better than Z image.
@lunevaĀ wan and chroma is actually better than z its just slower than z š
@markhassain3712Ā I used Wan for a while, and I felt it was pretty limited, it was fine for upscaling though. But now that I have Z image, I no longer needed a separate different model to do the upscaling pass.
If anyone is having issues with the LUT and comfyui not finding it, put it in comfyui/models/luts, I think the node moved where it looks for it in a recent patch.
In the workflow, I've noted where to place it actually (under the LUT node), and that's definitely not where it needs to go
@luneva That used to work fine for me until the latest updates. now it only works there for some reason.
@TienXĀ not sure, depends if that custom LUT loader node decide to suddenly move it to a new location for loading LUTs.
@lunevaĀ I'm also on Linux so things all work slightly differently, like I had to go out and manually download the LUT, it's fun. Can do more and is faster, but man, it can be growing pains.
My friend, you are genious and borderline insane. This WF and you work just bring the game to another level. I was literally sitting till 3 am with jaw dropped. I am relatively new to image generation but after 5-6 different models and workflows I just can't believe my eyes how good it is. And thank you for very detailed instructions on setup. Had no issues with latest Comfy (using Stability Matrix). Also, you LUT link is dead i am afraid. Thank you for your hard work
The LUT is included in the zip file, so just grab it from that! Thank you for your kind words, I'm glad that I was able to make it super user friendly, where it just works! And of course, can also do advanced tweaking with my attached notes too if you prefer. Have fun =)
@lunevaĀ Oh thanks, i missed it! Also just a wish/sidenote: Cyber lora often bleeds into non sci-fi images so often i just disable it. I would love to see fantasy Lora from you. Wish you all the best of luck!
@tornbloodĀ i MIGHT train a new non-cyber even higher quality one based on ZIB, but for ZIT usage, thinking about it.
@lunevaĀ that's great news! Will be glad to buy early access for local currency :)
@tornbloodĀ I dont think I can even offer Early Access yet on my account
@lunevaĀ Buy me a coffee it is then :)
@tornbloodĀ haha that might incentivize me to do it sooner since I have to go and pay for Runpod 5090 rental for 2 days to train it.
Bro anything for Z-Image Base model? I was waiting for your creative work related to base model.
I might train a brand new model based on ZIB to be used for ZIT/ZIB. I've just been really busy so haven't gotten around to it yet. It'll basically be even better quality version of what my Loras have been offering, but without the focus on Cyber detailing, can use it more broadly for modern/fantasy/cyber.
@lunevaĀ Sure bro take your time and All the best. <3
@aneebtheartist126Ā don't worry, whatever I make, I will first make sure it's uniquely useful to the community and a significant enough upgrade.
@lunevaĀ Yeah your Z-Image turbo technique and method is incredibly good I am still using it. I know you will do best of the best for us. All the best. <3
Hi everyone. Does anyone have the file ..luneva cinematic type 1.cube? I can't find it anywhere. Thanks in advance.
If you download the zip file, when you unzip it inside the folder you will find three files, a png image, a json file for workflow and a Luneva Cinematic Type cube for lut . LUT , cube file place inside the "custom_nodes/comfyui_essentials/luts" folder
If you want full potential of Z Image Turbo. This workflow by Luneva is the no 1 workflow with his Loras on CivitAI. you can't get better than this.
Is it only me ? When I dowload this I only got a txt file with a reference to Mario :'(
switch ver. above
Me too
I like to use wildcard syntax for things like clothes colors or patterns, room decor, different locations, etc like {red|black|white}. This doesn't seem to work in the text box prompt area. How can I do it in this WF? Thanks!
Connect a Wildcard Node on the text box. Like this https://civitai.com/models/2358876/smartwildcardloader. or Wildcard Processor (Mikey_nodes) search it in Comfy Manager
I don't know whenever I try Nano Banana Pro and then this Lineva workflow I got excited and I feel to praise him again and again. His workflow and hard work can beat any high paid image generation models. He must be on top of CivitAI.
I love everything about this workflow, except for the upscaler. It always adds ghostlines (like double-exposure) to the image no matter how low I go on the denoise values. Other than that, true awesome winner!
There is pro tip written by Luneva. Try to copy workflow generated image and paste in separated workflow.
Where are you bro. Hope you are doing well.
I've been still busy! Actually making a bunch of new AI tools. Different than this but still very useful. When I get better hardware to play with though, I'll make more image related upgrades in the future. Images are generally pretty good already, but maybe not as advanced as things like Nano Banana Pro for realism. I wonder if I should just make a desktop tool that has tools/image edits that comfyUI can't do natively with its interface, like drag and drop elements more easily within images, and other convenient character editing tools, to iterate edits, but that sounds like too much work =) Right now I can keep adding to the complexity of the workflows, but I would actually much rather simplify everything. So for example, teaching an AI model to automate changes, but highly optimized in its approach, so that it doesn't just regenerate the entire image, it should only recalculate the areas it needs to. Yes can do masking now, but there are many manual steps involved, a fully instruction/voice based editing interface might be nice. So that you can just sit back on your sofa and iterate on images until it's perfect. Maybe when I have time =)
why some models that appear like over cfg when finish, but Zimage turbo original model look very good
because some finetuned models baked in increased contrasts already... I consider those "over-tuned"
@lunevaĀ What adjustments to baked models suitable with your workflow?
@azusazell007Ā hard to say, every single model would require different adjustments, since the hard baked models forcefully apply influences.
great wf. Just a note, the https://github.com/UmeAiRT/ComfyUI-UmeAiRT-Toolkit has colorama on requirements. It doesn't work on Linux or Mac and actually break manager when installed
I'm getting the following error in the resolution section:
Value 1536.0 bigger than max of 32.0
megapixels
make sure you're loading the correct clip model
The Resolution (CRT) node expects megapixels. I'm using the nightly. I did a new installation of comfy so perhaps the new version of this node changed.
Aspect ratio is 16:9
With section 5 (up scaler set to 1.0 with 2048 for the side), try to set the Resolution (CRT) megapixels to 1.4.
Megapixel ----> image resolution

1.1 1880 Ć 1024
1.2 1698 Ć 1112
1.3 2048 Ć 1112

The ComfyUI-EulerFlowMatchingDiscreteScheduler node is now broken due to huggingface_hub library deprecated cached_download in favor of hf_hub_download.
