why is this lora making my picture so zoomed and the whole face out of frame pls help

I use lora-block-weight extension with this setting. [ lbw:OUTALL ]. OR. [ lbw:OUTS ].

The training source pictures must be zoomed so that the skin texture could be recognized. It is good for anime checkpoint or art-style lora for not changing the face shape.
