My Settings
These are just some examples of the settings I usually use and it's not really a hard requirement so you're free to experiment and see which setting works best for you:
Sampling Method: DPM++ 2M Karras or DPM++ 3M SDE Karras
Sampling Steps: 20 - 50
Hires. fix: On (optional)
Upscaler: ESRGAN 4x+ or 4x_NMKD-Siax_200k
Hires Steps: I usually put it at 0 so it'll be the same as Sampling Steps
Denoising Strength: 0.2 - 0.3
Upscale: 1.5 - 2
CFG Scale: 4.5 - 6
Extra Tips
Try to keep the prompts short and concise. No need to fill up the prompts with unnecessary wording that does the same thing like high detail, ultra detail, absurdres, hires, photorealistic, hyperrealistic, etc. Keep it simple.
ADetailer is kinda optional for this one unless your faces are really far away and distorted. But it does help adding extra details to your character's faces with things like lines, shading, eye details, eye color, face contour, etc. Use either face_yolov8n or mediapipe_face_mesh..
Use negative embeddings instead if writing paragraphs of words into the negative prompts. Here are some examples of the ones I usually use:

So I had to make a small update because I noticed that the v3 version has a lot of issues mainly its incompatibility with a lot of LORAs. Because of that I had to rebuild it again with some tweaks.
Most models used in the merge are basically the same except I had to remove some LORAs and reduce some of the weights included in the merge.
Reduced the realism because I thought the v3.0 was a little too realistic for my taste.
Also reduced the contrast and color grading because I thought it made some of the output a little too dark

I know this is about men - and they actually look amazing. But can it make women? Just asking for science. And futas.
I haven't tested it yet but probably? Since most female models can make men too, just not as good. Not sure about futas though..

Style wise, probably my favourite iteration of the HomoSomething series, especially since you can add Loras on it and take it a whole other direction easily enough. I won’t lie tho, It still struggles quite a bit to make clothed men (which funny enough I sometimes want to create) and I often find myself with two-penised man for no particular reasons… but other than that, GREAT !
This model is rather biased towards nudity since its kinda what I made it for. There are tons of other models that make clothed men very well so it's kinda pointless for me to do the same. Maybe in the next update I'll make one with slightly reduced nudity, so stay tuned lol ..
Also, regarding the two penises, it does happens sometimes but very rarely for me. So try checking out the suggested settings and TIs used. And try to avoid using multiple penis prompts at the same time like "penis, erection, large penis, etc", just put penis and it'll be fine. Good luck..

,but i am having issues with giving my character a fantasy full body tattoo, it only creates markings on the shoulders, is there any solutions to this?
Try increasing keyword strength, something like (full body tattoo:1.5).
But Stable Diffusion can be very difficult to work with sometimes when you want a specific detail for the picture, so if that doesn't work then your next best bet is using a LoRA for body tattoo. Find one that you like and give it a try.
Last solution - if you have photo editing software like photoshop, you can manually 'sketch' the tattoo on your subject's skin, then use img2img with denoise strength of 0.45-0.5. It should make decent looking tattoos (your sketch doesn't have to be perfect, it just acts as a guide and tell Stable Diffusion that you want heavy tattoos). Hopefully that helps
