This version is a mixed precision Flux Dev model, with limited UNET changes to allow for feminine anatomy.
Run this model in automatic FP16 Lora mode NOT NF4
This model is full precision in BF16 UNET with mixed precision (NF4) on the TE blocks
This model fits in a 24GB card and could be run in GPU only mode as such
High speed BF16 with a slightly lower prompt accuracy compared to the 33GB full model

This model is a training using many individuals with known ages and 2257 forms, it has also been merged to try and ensure that no known individuals can be reproduced. However FLUX seems to like to learn faces even with less then 10% data rather then merge them into a new face.

I would have preferred accurate spelling, but the blue and red color swap was along with the layout was to good to pass up
Pls dont hit me. I am new to local AI and just managed to run Flux.S via comfy. Is there a dummy tutorial on how to install this model, where to put it and what other files I need?
You would need the NF4 loader which has been abandoned, or you could run the NF4 model in forge as that would have LORA support and be faster
I might update the GGUF later today that would have lora support and run in comfy but it also requires the gguf plugin to work
For full on noobs (speaking as one) I'd say SwarmUI is the one to try things out in. There is no Work flow spaghetti, drag it to a checkpoint folder. Plug in words, it poops out pictures. I haven't found a checkpoint yet that doesn't work at the bare bones level. They might not be doing what the author intended but they always seem to work,
I think these responses are just confusing you even more. You put this model in the models folder.
