Welcome to Pony Reality, a next level realism checkpoint I fine tuned from Pony Lewdfusion.

Sampler: DPM++ 3M SDE

CFG: 4.5
Notes: All the example images except for one were generated without score_ tags. This model can be used without them if you prefer.
I like the results better using "woman" in the prompt instead of "1girl", experiment and see which you like better.
Version history:
V4: Revamped dataset, improved lighting, very pleased with the results.
V3: Fixed the stability issues and the eyes. Good results but I want to take it to the next level.
V2: Attempted to fix the eyes but in turn made them very vibrant.
V1: First fine tuning experiment with Pony. I didn't like how the eyes turned out though.

It's not bad, but I dream of a day when we get great prompt adherence and understanding of fun concepts without the ubiquitous PonyFace and PonyCunht.

@getphat not sure if your into merging with this model, but a recommendation i have that might help is block merging your model with an xl realism model with a similar vibe in comfyui. keep like 85% of your models clip, 50/50 merge the output block (the output block mostly only merges style), and only merge the middle and input blocks a small bit. what this setup will do is take some of the style from the xl model (which will help with fixing the pony face etc), while also keeping the prompting, creativity, and overall vibe that your checkpoint has!

@BakaBlitz I'm not sure yet to be honest. My first experiments with merging this were with v1 and v2 and I didnt like the results. I havent tested v3 yet.
I've also never merged with comfy, and now I'm interested in trying it. Thanks for posting this, I will use this as a guide when I play around with it over the next few days.
I think v4 is going to be a major step forward unless I totally fuck it up. It's training right now.
@getphat i get it, comfy has a node called merge by blocks that is more advanced but i no lifed it and learned it, it allows you to merge layers of models into eachother, but people rarely utilize it, you can do crazy shi like merging just the info of models, like chsracters, locations, poses etc, while still keeping a style, snd vice versa! ill join the discord to help out where i can :)
