What Lora are you using?
Only one of the example images for v3 used a style lora, Jean Giraud, it's on my patreon. The only other lora I used is a detail adder, its listed under used resources in the example images
I have been giving V3 a spin these last few hours, but regardless of the input, there are a lot of images being generated with "Happy New Year" and "2018" mentioned in them.

Edit: it might be because I use "XX-year-old" and/or "XX-years-old" in my prompts. first time I see a checkpoint react to it like this though, hehe.
