Considering this a 2 year old Lycoris, it works really quite well in Fooocus.
I found that it worked best with the JuggernautXL checkpoint (as long as you don't ask for stuff like 'slicked back wet hair' etc). JuggernautXL already does a pretty good Melania straight out of the box.
It didn't work with Lustify or CyberRealistic at all for example.
For 96meg, it's a good download.
