πŸš€ Cosmic Frontier β€” NASA Deep Space LoRA (SDXL)

    by Astroscape Vision Β· v1.0

A deep-space style LoRA for SDXL that brings the look of astrophotography to your renders: smooth nebula gradients, clean star profiles, natural color balance, and telephoto-style galaxy detail. Trained on a curated set of nebulae, galaxies, clusters, and deep fields with off-center compositions for real variety.
Not affiliated with NASA β€” name is thematic.

    ✨ What it does

    • Emission nebulae (HOO/SHO/RGB) with filament detail & gentle tonal rolloff

    • Galaxies (face-on, edge-on, interacting) with visible dust lanes & controlled cores

    • Reflection/dark nebulae with natural star colors & faint cirrus

    • Planetary nebulae and deep fields with clean backgrounds (low noise/banding)

    • Base model: SDXL 1.0 (also works well with RealVis-XL / other neutral SDXL bases)

    • LoRA strength: 0.45–0.80 (start 0.60–0.70)

    • Sampler: DPM++ 2M Karras or SDE Karras

    • Steps: 25–35 Β· CFG: 4.5–5.5

    • Resolution: 1024Γ—1024

      • Galaxies: 1152Γ—896 Β· Long nebulae: 896Γ—1152

    • Seed: random (for diversity)

    Negative (paste once):
text, watermark, logo, frame, border, banding, posterization, color banding, halos, overprocessed, blown highlights, chromatic aberration, vignette, people, lowres, blurry, dusty haze, brown fog, muddy colors

    🎯 Trigger word

cosmic frontier style ← use this at the start of your prompt.

    πŸ–‹οΈ Example prompts

    HOO emission nebula (landscape 1152Γ—896)

cosmic frontier style, emission nebula, HOO palette, strong OIII teal glow and crimson SII accents, intricate filament pillars and ionization fronts, off-center right third with generous negative space, natural star colors, smooth gradients with zero banding, long-exposure stacked astrophotography look, high detail

    SHO emission nebula (portrait 896Γ—1152)

cosmic frontier style, emission nebula, SHO palette, teal oxygen and golden sulfur layers, layered filaments and ripples, anchored on the lower-left third, faint outer nebulosity preserved, star field lightly reduced, clean low-noise background, high detail

Reflection + dark nebula (RGB, square 1024Γ—1024)

cosmic frontier style, reflection nebula with cool blue haze, sweeping dark nebula dust lanes, rich RGB starfield, off-center upper-right composition, natural star colors (no neon), delicate color gradients, realistic astrophoto tonality, high detail

    Spiral galaxy β€” face-on (tele look, 1152Γ—896)

cosmic frontier style, face-on spiral galaxy, prominent dust lanes and pink HII regions, bright but controlled core, faint outer halo and extended arms visible, rule of thirds placement on the lower-right intersection, smooth background free of banding, high detail

    Planetary nebula (square 1024Γ—1024)

cosmic frontier style, planetary nebula with bright OIII shell and faint outer halo, visible central star, small subject with generous negative space, smooth radial gradients, photorealistic tonality, high detail

    Deep field (square 1024Γ—1024)

cosmic frontier style, deep field galaxies, faint distant galaxies of varied morphologies, mild clustering across the frame, ultra clean low-noise background, restrained contrast to preserve the faintest structures, high detail

    πŸ§ͺ If results look β€œsamey”

Lower LoRA strength to 0.45–0.6, keep CFG 4.5–5.0, try SDE Karras, switch AR (1152Γ—896 / 896Γ—1152), and add composition cues (off-center left third, rule of thirds, diagonal sweep, negative space). Use HOO palette / SHO palette / RGB natural colors to force color variety.
