Model seems to be broken and just generates colourful confetti.
Which model you used? v1 or v1-delta? Both model I tested on my machine are working good. Maybe try download again and be sure the VAE is currently using the SDXL VAE.
Delta, using Civitai's on-site generation. Maybe they have something configured wrong.

@aini1986 I used other samplers on my machine also working fine 🥹
@Rikaishi Maybe on-site generator using SD1.5 config yaml I guess. Cause sometimes the generator cannot recognize merged model version.
@Rikaishi I used RunDiffusion and started the A1111 to test the DPM++ 2M with DPM++ 2M Karras, and it does appear to have snowflake noise.
I tested these two samplers on my own machine, and I got a similar situation, but there was no significant noise, but the picture quality was relatively very poor.
It is recommended to use SDE series sampler, such as DPM++ 3M SDE, the result will be much better.
