This is only my third TI, but I followed various online advice and used settings suggested by @Bozack3000 - turned out a lot better than expected.

I used SD1.5 instead of 1.4 though, and the embedding that was produced from 7000 steps seemed better than 7500 in this instance. 23 images.
My real takeaway from this is to make sure you have really good training images - that's what takes the time & effort and where I fell down previously. They don't have to be high res, just good variety and showing only the subject. If it's a person and you only want to replicate their face (e.g. they don't have anything unusual about their body) then close-ups seem to work better than full length.
