This model has been baking for months, it is a merge made from other merges I made while working on my other models, it is a hybrid of Illustrious and SDXL focused on balancing realism with Illustrious' built in knowledge of anime game and cartoon characters
What's in the mix? I often keep models I have made that were 'merge fodder' for my other models, and it is mostly comprised of those, with the additions of EpicRealism LastFrame SDXL and CognitiveRiver v1 IDXL

This model is decent at scenes, landscape, semi-realistic and non-realistic rendering. However - closeup faces are ok (just semi-realistic), but faces that are not close-up render ultra fake and deformed unless rendered as cartoonish type.
Would love to hear how others are experiencing realistic faces past mid-view.
Ahh my bad I should have mentioned this in the model information, this is a common issue with illustrious and really SDXL in general, for anything at a distance you will want to use adetailer for faces, it just gives it a quick second pass on the face at the end which will solve your issue
Another thing I should add, this model is designed to work best with danbooru characters, anime, videogame, cartoon, etc, it has more data on the appearances of characters than real people, so trying to prompt just a random real human isn't going to come out as good as if you prompt for like Android 18, or Tifa from ff7- it can do real people but you will want a lora for that specific person (SDXL loras will work) and you will want to play with the weight of that lora, but again real people is not this models strong suit or intended strength. For that I would recommend trying out my Alchemist Mix Pretty Porn, which I have linked on this page in the resources, that one is designed to create believable real people.
