Can I use this on forge just as I would any other checkpoint?
Yes, absolutely! Forge works most checkpoints, make sure including the VAE models loaded unless the baked ones. With forge UI, VAE field is empty by default.
>> To load a VAE model for non-baked models, click the Settings tab on the left, then select the VAE section. In the SD VAE dropdown menu, choose the desired VAE file (provided you have already downloaded it into the Model/VAE folder) for SDXL's OG base VAE can be found here
