Really a great Lora. Love the style and have to try the new version. First impressions of v2 are looking nice. Unfortunately the onsite generator recently started to struggle with the strength of the style. Even on highest strength settings and trigger sentence, the style barely comes through. Only when mixing with other Loras I get the full effect. Any idea how to solve this?

Yea it's strange, i experienced this too. You can add anime and inksketch into your prompts.

Not sure why I cant get this one to work? FLUX Dev I havn't had trouble getting a LoRA to work before so not even sure where to start in order to fix it.

    ArrstadFeb 5, 2025

I have the same issue. If you or anyone else finds a solution, please let me know. I really want to use this LoRA!

So @SBGxJAMES , @Arrstad do you guys gen locally or in the civit online generator?

    ArrstadFeb 5, 2025

@ChronoKnight Locally, I’m using flux1-dev-fp8, v2 version of LoRA and ForgeUI. I haven't had any issues with your other LoRA (Neurocore Anime Shadow Circuit), but this one doesn’t seem to influence the output at all. The results look the same whether I use it or not. Additionally, when I try to add it from the menu, it inserts <lora:lora:1> instead of the actual name. I also noticed a significant increase in iteration time, jumping from 1.5s/it to 50s/it, with no visible improvement in output. I checked the console, but I didn’t see any errors or warnings. Any idea what might be causing this?

@Arrstad It's strange, I've got the same setup. dev-fp8 and ForgeUI. the lora name should start with ck-nc- ..... maybe delete the one you got and re-download it. I dunno what's causing the issues on your side. Im sorry!

    SBGxJAMESFeb 6, 2025

@ChronoKnight I'm running locally with Comfy. Ive tried q8, fp16, gguf, base dev model, different workflows, etc. Not sure whats going on kind of a bummer this is an awesome LoRA. I'll continue to troubleshoot and update you guys if I find a solution.

    SBGxJAMESFeb 6, 2025

I think my mistake was I assumed the trigger word would be sufficient to deliver the desired results. If I include the published trigger word along with "biomechanical cyberpunk" I get the same results as other users. @Arrstad try to include the term biomechanical cyberpunk in your image prompt along with the published trigger phrase and see if that helps.

@SBGxJAMES interesting, very interesting! so it's working now for you?

    SBGxJAMESFeb 7, 2025· 1 reaction

@ChronoKnight Yes I will upload some results today.

    ArrstadFeb 7, 2025

@SBGxJAMES Nope, even when the prompt starts with "<lora:ck-nc-pastel-cyberpunk:1>, A digital artwork in the style of CKNC biomechanical cyberpunk," it still doesn’t work. I completely removed ForgeUI along with all models, redownloaded everything fresh, but still nothing. :c

    SBGxJAMESFeb 9, 2025

@Arrstad Damn dude, that's frustrating. It has quickly become one of my favorite LoRAs. Hopefully you can eventually get it working, or if you have the vram try training a LoRA with FluxGym. That was my next move if I couldn't get it working.

@Arrstad try only "A digital artwork in the style of cknc, biomechanical cyberpunk" as prompt and then add the lora seperately from your LoRA list inside forge UI.
