What does this do that simply prompting for "pussy" doesn't?

I'm interested in using it, I'm just curious what exactly it does. You can create FTM dudes easily with base Pony (or SD1.5 for that matter).
What does this do to improve over working without a lora?
@sneky_snek I wanted to give a more realistic look to it so I used actual training data of FTM models to create the Lora. This way they can be properly created. Such things like a larger clitoris and more leg hair around the vagina as well as more muscle. This one is made for pony models.
big clit. and i get you could use big clit lora’s but they don’t really work that well (i’ve found this one is the most effective) and a lot of times it tends to make the ftms look like girls like giving them breasts or more extreme feminine features
