I'm using some of your other works, so don't see this as a harsh critism, but this one doesn't look much like her. This is just a hunch (as I've only dabbled into this area), but I wonder if you can choose models to use for the learning. I have been splitting the models I use, depending on if the person is Asian or Caucasian, as models for Asians doesn't make Caucasian faces well and visa versa.
I see the resemblance, but compared to your Miss Electra's TI, this one is not as real looking..
