Even though there are a million tools you can use to generate a city available, I wanted to see how SD would handle it.
I think they are usable but far from perfect. And it is a finicky model, I get inconsistent results with it, will probably be updating it to fix that in the future.
After testing for a while I would recommend you use RevAnimated and test with different strength between 0.6 and 0.9 if you are not getting the results you want. You may also want to test in different resolutions.
For best results I also recommend you generate them in high resolutions, I have done them in 1280x1280 on these samples.
