I'm having problems with the colors, they're off and the image looks doubled is this normal?

I used this model for a while. It's good if you always use hires. fix. The problem is that it's pretty bad with the hands (more specifically with the fingers). I have the best negative prompt list possible and let's say that I get a decent result in 1 out of 10 tries.

Do you know a good method for getting good hands or for fixing the bad ones? I tried inpaint and ControlNet inpaint, but they are a waste of time.

Used this checkpoint but generated NSFW image kept with censor and some weird text. Already added "no censor,no text" in positive prompt, "censor,text" in negative prompt bot not working, how do I fix it ?
