@guy907223982 I sent you a dataset for IQ. If it comes out well, I'll make one for Ash and maybe some other operators too. Not sure if there's a LoRA for Hibana, Zofia and Twitch yet, but those will probably be next.

@muffin1 I am going to run your dataset but there are some flaws to it, if you make another for Ash, hopefully this can finetune it more. Try not to remove text/ re-crop images, I will input it as tag, so SD knows to ignore it (I saw you mentioned this). Also you may want to try and not use nsfw, its okay to do so, but having lots of nsfw will alter the characters outfit. Finally, try to keep it with the same outfit. It's easier for SD to understand 1 outfit instead of 2 or more. I can make loras of separate outfits if you choose to make datasets for them. That being said, anything you may have a question for or need a little help with, I advise you to look at this GUIDE I made.
@guy907223982 The only images I cropped were those that had other characters in them or stuff like guns, which I've read could mess a LoRA up. Oh, I didn't realize that NSFW stuff altered otufits. What if you tag it with things like "naked, nude", etc? Will it still affect outfits?
Regarding outfits: I've seen character LoRA's that used two or more outfits, so I figured that it wouldn't be a problem if tagged properly.
Anyway, thanks for trying. The issue with making multiple datasets for each character, especially for different outfits, is that there are very few actually high quality illustrations of them online.
@muffin1 Totally get it, you don't need to have 50 images btw, I just use it as a baseline. I actually should change it to a minimum of 25-30 if you have High Quality Images because I am using a new training method. 10 images works too, there just is less variety. Anyway there is no reason to crop guns because I will be tagging the guns, making it so they aren't permanent. You can keep cropping out other characters, or don't and it creates a little more variety (up to you). It's also not an issue with other outfits, but it is easier for a model to recognize one outfit rather than 2. Especially when there are lets say an 1:10 ratio of images for one costume compared to another (This is just an example)
