Stuff like this prevents banning actually. It opens the discussion. As a European I agree with the European digital act. Public domain images should be no problem. Neither does the use thereof. Problematic and punishable should be disinformation and damaging depictions. It's not difficult if you use your brain, and a lot better the the criteria CivitAI uses.
