Suggested weight: 0.75-1. Main triggers: Illidari, glowing eyes, "color" eyes, ((glowing tattoos, body tattoos 1.2, "color" tattoos)), wings, face markings
Horns triggers: ram's horns or horns (regular horns)
Outfits: rags, bandages, blindfold
Skin color: purple skin, gray skin, tanned skin and everything else if Pony can do it

Best to keep body tattoos around :1.2 to get more consistent tattoos. Face markings is more suited for Night Elves.
You can get another LoRA for Night Elves, but Pony itself makes a good work of the tag by itself.
This LoRA makes pretty solid Blood Elves, but you can go for another LoRA too, to enhance the results, same goes for the armor
