Face markings is more suited for Night Elves. You can get another LoRA for Night Elves, but Pony itself makes a good work of the tag by itself. This LoRA makes pretty solid Blood Elves, but you can go for another LoRA too, to enhance the results, same goes for the armor Trained on Pony Diffusion V6 XL
