If you want to generate grayscale manga, just remove "grayscale" and "monochrome" from the negation prompt.

If you don't specify grayscale, it will work as the regular "Asanagi" art style.

• キャラクターLORAと併用する場合は、キャラクター側LORAの強度をかなり落とすことをお勧めします。キャラクターLORAの強度が高い場合、フルカラー出力となり漫画要素が大幅に削除されます。

• 他LORAが未使用の状態で、フルカラーで1コマしか作成されない場合は、「ネガティブプロンプト内に白黒生成を禁止する要素が存在する」可能性が高いです。

細かい解説は省略しますが、単純にグレースケールの本編を学習するのみでは強度の高いＬＯＲＡは生成できません。
