This was something I made mostly just to see what would happen. (That's why I made the Powerpuff Girls and EQlvl1 loras)
What I wanted was a realistic model that I could use without always loading in my MBH lora, and why not a few other things while I was at it.
The first 9 images on all versions except AnimeConversion are the same prompts, seed, samplers, CFG, and steps, etc.
These are three unique models!:
MBHRealityPlus2 is an update to the original focusing on SFW and NSFW renders.
MBHSemiReal puts a slightly realistic twist to an animated look.
MBHAnimeConversion pushes the animated look nearly all the way to realism even with anime LoRA's.
The connection between them is the use of MBH-Pony in the merges that created them.

Description
This is not exactly a replacement to the first Semi-Real version. That first version serves it's purpose very well as it is intended to only add slight realism but keep the overall animated feel. This version is the result of a lot of trial and error, (and some very messy workflows) to create a model capable of taking a fully animated Lora, and pushing it as close as you can get to a realistic render without losing what makes the subject recognizable.
Without going into a fully detailed writeup, the short explanation is that the model is "mostly" realistic model, "mostly" anime clip, with MBH-Pony tossed on top with full model weight but low clip weight just to push the final result that much closer to realism.
Basic prompt for all renders is:
score_9, score_8_up, score_7_up, realistic, [character trigger], bust pose, outdoors

4x_ultrasharp upscaling and FaceDetailer
WARNING
Keep in mind what most anime is like, and how this model was created. You may need to add "uncensored" to the negative prompt. The low clip weight used on MBH was to reduce this problem but sometimes it will still slip something by if you do not employ counter measures. It does not happen often, but it can happen.
