This model was created from some photos of collectible figurines well as some other movie photos, so might look a little 'toy-like', therefore suggest adding some rendering styles to break it up, such as painterly styles like I have shown here. Also, suggest complementing with a real-life "Hayden Christensen" actor name definition for a more photo-real face in close-up.
A good prompt includes these elements at a weight of 0.7 or 0.8: "(three-quarter view:1.5) shot of <lora:Anakin_Padawan_Jedi:0.8> Anakin Padawan Jedi Knight with brown jedi outfit with a brown jedi cloak and black boots, wielding a blue lightsaber".
To remove the brown cloak, you can just add "cloak or "robe" to the negative prompts.
