Eleventh time making a LORA, made this one via the Civitai generator as I had enough buzz again :)

Struggles a bit with her pointy head bit, you can set hair as a negative, or you can add the bald tag, though that produces a different result. Also couldn't figure out how to shave her eyebrows off, even with eyebrows and brows as negatives, but I hope that's not a deal breaker for any one.
