Use kohya-ss/sd-webui-additional-networks (github.com) in auto1111 to load the LoRA model. You can combine it with other LoRA for blended poses.

Not to be rude or anything but how different is this from just adding "from behind, looking at viewer" though?
Give it a try... you will see the difference ;-) Just adding "from behind, looking at viewer" does not produce very good results. The LoRA create much more consistent poses. But technically you could get a standard prompt to produce something similar in some occasions but with a lot more work.
