Are you only using captures from the movies as a source? I recommend using some of the 8MP images I linked.
@Clocksmith thats pretty much what i used nothing from the movies for this 2nd one. I know shes already baked in some models so might be affecting results but not too sure

I have to agree... it's probably taken IceKIUB tons of hard work which is highly appreciated, but it's more likely her niece. Keep up the effort tho :-)

@ParticleX I agree. @IceKiub I even gave you advice on this yet you keep pushing some sort of delusional narrative. Here is even so you can quickly swap between. I chose images of her that was as similar as I could find just to give the model the advantage but yeah. Have a look for yourself [imgsli comparison slider](really - Imgsli)
Make no mistake it looks very much like her and this is one of the most look alike models out there (for HP stuff). You must be out of your mind if you think this Lora doesn't look like EW. Or you didn't try it in some different models with some different prompts. I don't wanna post look alike pictures of celebs on this platform so I posted some with modifications on them to various extent.

@IceKiub Its all about the prompt. I dont think I will reveal my secrets in public though. maybe I do. depends if I can get smth that is not to much look alike you know.

@dfgdgr5ty you sure about that? Or maybe you didn't experiment enough with it. You can get a clue if you check all of my posts. gz though gaslighted me into posting lookalikes. For sure there are better ways of making EW or HG in SDXL. Some models there include a great EW don't even need a lora. In pony though? not really. Everclear model is full of heavy makeup, the autism one is about as good as this one I would say, the output is similar but they target differently. Autism is more consistent for sure however this one is good at somethings that one is not. The hair is more shiny and face shape is a little different. This one obviously is not optimized at all for some models, its horrible on PonyRealism in my experience. Also show me something that is better for HG in pony especially at some distance
