I think it's great that you went to the trouble of creating this lora. This group of people in particular is already excluded far too much in the real world and is practically non-existent in the field of any kind of art. I have a daughter with Down syndrome myself and have often tried to generate images for her, but I have always failed. I will definitely test your model.
Can you please remove the smiley in Lora's name?Otherwise someone might get the impression that Lora is making fun of this group of people!
