I was able to get this down to about 16 MB using Kohya's utilities to resize.. some of my LoRAs I can and some I cannot.. in this case it looks like I can and I suspect it's because a non-variable learning rate optimizer was used (Adafactor). All the LoRAs that I've trained with Prodigy don't seem to work with Kohya's resizing tool ... shrug

Unfortunately, I think this model is very overtrained. Simple prompts give very messy results. Getting useful images requires either turning the weight of the LoRA/trigger way down or completely drowning the positive prompt in descriptions and modifiers.
This LoRA can still be used, but it's recommended weight and attendant instructions should be updated to note these usage tips
