You can try to get her mole with "mole" or "mole under mouth", but honestly I wouldn't bother... The ai is terrible with moles and you are probably better off just adding it yourself in photoshop.
For her outfit you can try the following prompt:
"Otonashi Kotori, short hair, hairband, thighhighs, black skirt, pencil skirt, yellow bowtie, white shirt, green vest"

I guess there's some mistake on the file you uploaded, or I misnamed it. I keep getting Kanbe Kotori instead of Otonashi Kotori.
@iloverocknroll819 Mh that's really weird. Can you double check and redownload the file? I never made a Kanbe Kotori Lora so I there is no way that I switched up the files and uploaded the wrong one :/ can you share prompts and the results they are giving you? If so my trigger word "Otonashi Kotori" probably gets corrupted if you have the textual embedding saved as "kotori"
