Your friendly - or not so friendly - town guard / city watch. Honestly takes a bit of work to get everything more or less right (img2img or inpainting). Will have to come back later to improve, though it is one of the problems of 1.5 to get characters to hold a weapon correctly.

Seems to lean towards quite heavily armored guards - seems war is coming.
