800mb+ for a LORA even in SDXL these days is quite huge. Maybe you should try tightening up your training settings so it doesn't need to use up nearly a whole gig of space for future LORAs?
Also, it'd help if you leave metadata info the sample images for people to attempt to replicate.
hi, about 800 MB, I'll think about how to fix it. It just doesn't give me any problems.
as for the metadata, I will try to come up with something, because I use comfyUI, and it does not save the metadata
@titan0115 Good to hear, you should just turn down the network dim and alpha to reduce the filesize. 800mb is excessive as most people with SDXL character LORAs can go anywhere from like 50mb to 300mb and retain plenty of quality.
Network DIM 32 with alpha 16 would be a good start, I think. This will result in a 200MB lora. You could even go lower than that to further decrease the size. Somewhere I also read that there are scripts which can lower the size of a Lora, so you don't have to retrain, but I never tried them
@Throwaway12basd442 yes, I have already realized my mistake, my next works will already be trained in a different way
@titan0115 Nice, thank you for all your effort! Looking forward to your next Loras as well!
