Automatic1111 gave me this error when I placed the file in my embeddings folder. Can you advise me?

*** Error verifying pickled file from e:\sd\embeddings\person\AlexDD_SoloTI_v1.pt *** The file may be malicious, so the program is not going to read it.

Sorry for getting back to you 12 hours later. Some things came up.

I've done some testing and gathered information. Now, let me fill you in on what I found:

    1. Besides this TI, several other TIs are experiencing the same issue. The common factor among them is that they were all trained using A1111 v1.8.

    2. Other TI authors on this website are facing the same issue with their TIs.

    3. I followed the methods provided by users on this website and checked the TI files. It seems that A1111 v1.8 adds a folder called '.data' in the TI file, along with two files: 'serialization_id' and 'byteorder.' These additions are triggering the A1111 alert.

Now, there are two ways to solve this issue:

    1. According to the A1111 error message:

*** The file may be malicious, so the program is not going to read it.

*** You can skip this check with the --disable-safe-unpickle command line argument.

By using the '--disable-safe-unpickle' option at startup, you can bypass A1111's security check. This way, the error won't occur, and you can use these TI files as usual.

'--disable-safe-unpickle' is the startup parameter I've been using all along, so I didn't notice any issues until you brought it up.

    2. I've removed the added content from the TI files. You can now redownload the v1.1 TI files; they won't trigger the previous error and should work fine.

Whether or not '--disable-safe-unpickle' is used as a startup parameter, the v1.1 TI files work perfectly fine now.

Finally, thanks for raising the issue, and also, big thanks to the community for the solutions.

    Wish you have fun!

By the way I don't see a 1.1 version on this page, just 1.0. Is it somewhere else? Your page at civitai doesn't seem to list it either. Maybe it's awaiting approval or something.

@fluornoy I have deleted the original file and uploaded a new file to replace it. You can simply download the current file now.
