So this is a really good Orc Hentai LoRa that i cooked up.
It is especially made for hentai scenes where you need a orc,. It can also do threesomes and basically swaps the person out for a orc.
IMPORTANT INFO:
If you get green-skin orcish looking girls and you want to change that. Add something like "(pale woman)" or "(white skinned girl)" to the positive prompt and it should get the results like in my images.

(might update this and make it better in the future but i will see what other LoRas i will make for Pony SDXL :D)

Fantastic model! Worked "right out the gate" with little trouble on my end. It also plays well with other Pony models.
So far I hadn't seen a difference with the regular orcs Pony XL generate.
Maybe because the skin tone is already correct and my generation didnt involved orc face, only the lower part of their anatomy.
Not gonna lie, i was also surprised how well this lora was received. I only realized that orcs can be done with pony straight out of the gate after i did the lora.
But i also have to say that the orcs withj the lora ARE a little bit better and gives them sometimes more fitting clothes and better penises. Faces too of course.
@DuDunChi yes. I think it give a better pink to green gradient to the penises.
But so far i didnt manage to give those penis something like some wart. Also the orc stay always green.
I think it would be interesting to try the assumi lora for that. It does the tusk orc people and the worgen quite well.
@DuDunChi maybe a real plus would be to me it easier to have a fatter belly. Like the obese orc from Taimanin. Default Pony dont do those well.

Even tho pony has base orcs, this one just makes the style better for me, and better orcs, but the file is kinda heavy, almost 1TB
