🛠️ Behind the Creation — Made Locally
Luna and all my character LoRAs are created and trained locally on my own PC, powered by an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 with 12GB of VRAM.
Rather than relying on expensive cloud-based GPU services, I developed a local AI training workflow using my own hardware and a carefully structured dataset preparation process.
Each character begins with image selection, dataset curation, caption preparation, and training, with special attention to identity consistency, facial features, natural appearance, and body proportions.
For dataset creation and organization, I use Persona Ateliê by Archiprompts, my own tool designed to help creators organize, curate, and prepare character datasets for AI training.
