Ciri — The Witcher 3 | Krea 2 Character LoRA
Trained on: Krea 2 Raw
Recommended strength: 0.8–1.2
Preferred strength: 1.0
Trigger word: Cirivxw3
About This Model
This LoRA was trained with a strong emphasis on facial identity and consistency, particularly preserving Ciri's distinctive facial scar.
After testing multiple checkpoints and LoRA strengths, I found 1.0 to be the sweet spot for balancing facial accuracy, scar consistency, and overall image quality.
Strength Recommendations
0.8 and below: May result in changes to the scar's appearance or cause it to disappear.
1.0: My preferred setting for consistent facial identity and scar placement.
1.2: Still produces good results, although the scar may become more pronounced.
Above 1.2: Not recommended based on my testing, as the scar can become excessively prominent.
For best results, I recommend using Cirivxw3 as your primary facial identity description rather than adding detailed descriptions of Ciri's face.
In particular, avoid emphasizing or repeatedly describing her scar. The model already knows where it belongs, and additional scar instructions can cause unwanted extra scars or distort its appearance.
Signature Hairstyle
The model was trained to allow flexibility in hairstyles rather than forcing Ciri's signature look into every generation.
If you'd like a close approximation of her hairstyle from The Witcher 3, add the following to your prompt:
hair swept back into a tight, compact rounded low bun at the nape, neatly tucked ends, soft side-swept bangs, loose face-framing strands, subtle natural flyaways, no trailing ponytail
This helps produce her recognizable pulled-back hairstyle while maintaining some natural variation.
Signature Outfit
Clothing was also designed to be flexible, allowing Ciri to appear in different outfits, settings, and scenarios.
For an approximation of her main outfit from The Witcher 3, add:
fitted white blouse, dark leather corset, layered belts and straps, dark fitted trousers, tall worn leather boots, practical gloves
You can also experiment with completely different clothing without needing to change the trigger word.
Compatibility and Additional Characters
The LoRA has produced good results with both SFW and NSFW Krea 2 variants in my testing.
For images containing multiple characters, be careful with how you structure your prompts. The LoRA may apply Ciri's facial identity to other characters in the scene.
Describe each character separately and clearly distinguish their appearances. Regional conditioning or masking may help if you encounter identity bleeding.
Final Notes
This is Version 1.0, and while I'm very happy with the facial consistency and overall flexibility, there is still room for improvement, particularly in reproducing her exact signature hairstyle without additional prompting.
I may revisit the model for a V2 if there's enough interest.
I'd love to see what you create with it! Feel free to share your generations in the model gallery, whether you're going for Witcher-inspired adventures, modern settings, or something completely different.
Thanks for checking it out, and have fun!
