This looks like character card for Honey Select 2. (It would be cool if it works in it, which will not. :-D)
I can confirm it is not :) Actually, this one is based on a Wow character.

@Actaric No, I meant the the style of the frame (when the character is made in the frame). Any character could be made into character card (picture) and can be used to load into the game. :) Either way good work. :)
