Hello everyone! I hope you’re all doing great. This time I bring you Lilia Milcrabe from Viper F40! Lilia Milcrabe is one of the two central protagonists of Sogna’s 1997 adult visual novel, Viper F40, and serves as a police detective investigating the mysterious disappearance of three people. Alongside her close friend Raika, a private detective who runs her own detective agency, Lilia follows the increasingly dangerous trail surrounding the missing persons case. What begins as a conventional investigation gradually becomes much more personal and dangerous when the people responsible begin targeting those connected to the investigation. Lilia is portrayed as a determined professional who refuses to abandon the case even after the investigation puts herself and the people around her at considerable risk. Her partnership with Raika forms the core of the investigation, with the two women combining their different professional perspectives to uncover what is really happening. Viper F40 was released for Windows in 1997 and distinguished itself within the Viper series through its longer, fully animated, fully voiced presentation and a more elaborate investigative storyline.

Lilia has a particularly recognizable 1990s anime character design, centered around her short rounded blue hair, thick layered bangs, long side locks, and light blue eyes. Her appearance combines the polished look of a professional detective with the highly stylized feminine character designs typical of late-1990s Japanese PC games. Her wardrobe includes a distinctive purple and white professional ensemble with a fitted blazer and matching skirt, as well as several variations that shift toward sleeveless blouses, casual clothing, and denim workwear. The recurring combination of blue hair, light blue eyes, green oval earrings, purple clothing, white shirt elements, and red or magenta accessories provides a strong visual identity for the character. Existing character LoRA datasets and prompts for Lilia consistently identify her through her blue short hair, blue eyes, and police-uniform-inspired clothing, making these particularly important features to preserve when training or prompting the character.

The visual material of Viper F40 also reflects the transition toward more elaborate animated presentation in late-1990s Japanese PC visual novels. Compared with earlier entries in the Viper series, F40 used substantially more animation, more detailed character artwork, additional voice dialogue, and a larger amount of visual material. This makes Lilia particularly well suited to a retro-anime LoRA focused on the character designs and illustration language of 1990s Japanese visual novels rather than a generic modern anime interpretation.
