Male anatomy occupies a peculiar place in generative imaging: culturally impossible to ignore, visually easy to exaggerate, and technically neglected. Many models treat the penis as an accessory, the scrotum as an unlabelled pouch, and “two testicles” as an optional committee recommendation. This LoRA takes the less fashionable position that male anatomy is not one slider labelled “more.”

WHAT IT IMPROVES

• Coherent pubic attachment, penis, glans, shaft, foreskin where applicable, scrotum, two testicles, perineum, pelvis, and inner thighs

• More believable flaccid, semi-erect, and erect states

• Natural gravity, tissue weight, folds, body hair, veins, skin texture, and ordinary asymmetry

• Better consistency across adult ethnicities, ages, builds, frontal and lateral views, and indoor/outdoor settings

USE

This triggerless Qwen Image 2512 LoRA can work by itself or beside another compatible adult LoRA. Use ordinary descriptive language. Recommended weight: 0.6–0.9. Let the primary LoRA establish identity and style, then raise this adapter only until anatomy becomes stable. If it begins directing the lighting, casting the actor, and redecorating the room, the specialist has been promoted too far.

KNOWN LIMITATIONS

POV views remain unreliable. Rear-view source material was effectively absent, so rear pelvic structure, perineum, and anus are not trained strengths. Anatomical state, testicle count, foreskin state, scale, and attachment can drift between seeds. High weights can exaggerate size or repeat familiar textures and compositions. Dynamic motion, crossed limbs, tight crops, and steep camera angles remain difficult. Generated results are not medical evidence.
