How to get good images?
Use the next words:
nude can improve a lot your results, and can prevent pieces of clothes over your "statue".
white hair prevent statues with colorful hair.
(twintails:1.4) if your character not has twin tails, is good idea put this as negative prompts. Try highest values if not work.
Other important things:
Indoors background usually are better than outdoors backgrounds. Outdoors backgrounds usually has a lot of stone around.
The poses generated usually are so similar, I recommend use open pose for variety.
Horizontal images could not work so well. You can get good results with a horizontal images, but is not the usual.
This is my first published LoRA, if so many people like it, I will propose produce a better version that solve this problems.

The concept is very interesting but very often the background became grey as well. It would be perfect is this can be improved.
Yes, all results are very monochromatic. The problem is that all images for training that I found was very similar, so I need to make the new images for training by myself. Also I want more flexibility in the model for style variety. I'm still think how I can solve this.
I found this new extention:
https://github.com/hako-mikan/sd-webui-lora-block-weight
and I found out if one limits the LORA to work at specific layers, like: <lora:petrification_v10:1:1,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,1,1,0,0,0,0,0,0> it would affect mostly only the character. I think there might be more effective combinations so for your information if anyone wants to try.
Here is one where they can do petrification and metal TF with colored backgrounds, which hopefully helps with the weirdness.
