Alright, so I looked into this.

JazzeBee seemed to have drawn it with FtM scars to spite MiiaTzu, a Vtuber who was left super polarized against trans stuff following/during/preceding (?) a totally different drama with someone named emzberry and getting kicked out of the Sega Creator Program.
Pretty much. Miia is a genuinely nice streamer who doesn't agree with transgenderism but still made it clear they were welcome and loved.
But if you're not with them you're against them, so they treated her like shit, sabotaged her place on the SEGA Creator Program by spreading lies and spited her every genuinely positive comment on people's art.
@_GAi I didn't look into the full context, but yeah, the online trans community can be pretty toxic at times.
Also, I have now learned that Civitai censors the word "spread".
