Why dont you add the dataset?
I dont know why you overreacting like that. Calling me a cyberbully for asking for the dataset on a character lora? xD
But your with your dataset and 1500 steps explain why the character looks so washed out, and dont look like the character at all unless the image is a portrait.
@wizdroid Im just here trying to improve my own work. This character LoRA gave me better results than most others, and its the style of woman I like, thats it. But you seem like the aggressive type, so Ill leave you to it. Not sure whats got you so ramped up, but I hope you work it out.
Hey sorry for messing up at first. I kinda freaked out 'cause I thought you were saying I stole someone's dataset or whatever. But nah, all my pics are AI generated - I use random stuff like Nano Banana, Grok Imagine, sometimes SDXL (Juggernaut XL gives some excellent unique faces). I'm kinda obsessed with collecting weird unique faces lol, so I only post LoRAs that don't need crazy training. Mostly I make models for myself but I share them too 'cause why not? Not making money off this or anything. My process is simple: start with a basic face, then get Grok or LTX 2.4 to give me orbital/crane shots for different angles. That's my dataset. Then train the lora with 1600 steps with batch size of 3 for a ~3 hour run with ai-toolkit. And yeah I saw yours looks a bit like the Julie model - swear that's just coincidence though!
