A willful and extraverted Hume-Elvaan Dancer, Lilisette (リリゼット) is the central NPC character in the Wings of the Goddess expansion of Final Fantasy XI, where she accompanies the Adventurer in her own quest to find her father and the mysterious being known as Cait Sith. Lilisette was voted third most popular character in FFXI by players after Shantotto and Prishe. The lora includes her wonderful Dancer armor set for other (female) characters to wear. (Couldn't find enough data for the male version... sorry. But try it anyway?)
Use
The main trigger for this lora is lili5ette. A weight of 0.8 works well. This lora is heavily trained on in-game screenshots -- as such you may want to put 3d, screenshot, heads-up display and/or realistic in the negatives.

One of the few FF-elves i find attractive.
And also sadly, she was introduced in the expansion just before i quit FFXI forever. I played it for a few months but by then i'd been playing for roughly 10 years.
Loved the game, and i miss it. And I do know it's still going, but aint got the time i used to.
I'm in exactly your position, though I only played vanilla up to Treasures of Aht Urghan for two years in college. Sometimes I have a strong impulse to check it out again but an MMORPG is just too time-consuming these days.
@uncle_krupi Aht Urgan was fun, especially the big raids.
And may as wel lask, since Lilisette reminded me of WOTG... I doubt you can because it seems impossible to find ANYTHING on this NPC but i know she exists.
In WOTG when you go 'back in time' to fight when the shadowlord was 'still around' you could recruit heroes to help your 'city' fight the tides back.
There is a single elf woman who is one of those heroes.
And what made her stand out is that she could turn into a dragon, and if i recall it was a white/off-white color dragon.
But in her elf form, she basically walked the battlefield in little more than a bikini (because transformations rip clothes) but she retained her tail even as an elf. When I tried to look up info on her i kept findign dead ends, or wrong NPC's but i know she existed since I was a San'Doria factioner. I can't recall her name, just those details above.
But if you can find her, think it would be possible to make a lora of her?
@WorstAirtist I can certainly look into it but sounds very challenging. From your description it reminds me vaguely of Reis from FFT, though she didn't wear a bikini.

@uncle_krupi Huh... i spent a solid day trying to find out info on her like 4 months ago when i remembered her but it seems so.
@WorstAirtist Perhaps that page didn't exist yet! She appears to be wearing the Sheikh Manteel set. I'll see what I can find.
