I had a goal to make good Hajime Soroyama model from the start my (short) training spree, and its finally here , i was annoyed about poor quality images on the net and so i bought the art book ;) and scanned database myself. After few tries many different configs i think i trained 95% of what i want.
100 images, 85 epoch with split danbooru and description captions.
Grab it and generate some naught pin-ups ;-)

Much bigger better quality dataset, different caption engine and bit of a QC on the captions ;-). overall more consistent with great fidelity.

4 versions down and you still haven't figured out his name is Sorayama, not Soroyama :)
Sure :D the moment he sends me angry letter that im constantly messing up his name on the AI model trying to imitate his art style ill correct it :D :P
@lotrab921 That was not the point. The point is that if anyone looks for "Sorayama" on civitai, they'll never see your work. I have several Sorayama LoRA I use, but have never seen yours, I only stumbled upon it by accident.
@Wanquer No worries Bro ;) i don't mind, i'm uploading it to archive somewhere else then on my disks. If anyone find it and use it that's good, if not its ok ,these loras are for me. But your comment created an event now i have to cultivate and not correct anything, it is now an official public reminder of my dysorthography. :D
None of your examples looks like his actual artwork. I tried to reproduce something similar to his actual work and posted the images. It works like 70 percent. Would really like to see how you captioned the dataset if your willing to zip it up and attach it so additional file so i can have a look.
:-D Sure Mate, good enough for me. Its not like you have to use it ;-) everyone see my samples if they like it they can use it if not then not Mate, I really don't take it that seriously. Civit nad HF are just the way to be sure I will not loose them in some catastrophic destruction of my disks.

Man I rarely leave comments but thank you. Im assuming you went to art school or deep into the arts. The salvador dali lora was such a breath of fresh air. Ive been looking through your loras and frankly you know ball. This is the type of art I hoped this digital era would bring. Just wow, thanks for sharing, lora creation is a bitch.
